Do you offer a warranty on used electronics?
Yes, most items come with our signature 6-month Kamerastore Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures not caused by user damage.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship globally via DHL Express and FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and international delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day right of return for all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when it was received.
Are batteries and chargers included with used cameras?
We specify the contents of each listing in the 'Included' section. Generally, digital cameras include a battery and charger, while vintage film cameras are sold as body-only unless otherwise stated.
