At Kamerastore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. We offer a 14-day return period for all cameras, lenses, and accessories to ensure they meet your expectations and performance standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and lens caps to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the returned gear, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
